About us

Cooked over fire, every day.

Everything we cook passes through the fire: sourdough pizzas blistered in ninety seconds, whole fish and steaks off the grill, vegetables charred and dressed. We buy from farms within an hour of the kitchen and change the menu with what they bring. Eat in, pick up, or have it delivered hot to your door.
