Ordering and delivery
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2pm on a weekday leave the same day. After that, they go out the next morning.
What does delivery cost?
A flat rate anywhere in the continental United States, and free once your cart passes the threshold shown at checkout.
Can I collect instead?
Yes. Pick cash or check at checkout and grab the order at the counter.
Payment and returns
How can I pay?
Card, Link, Shop Pay, cash or check at the counter, and Bitcoin. Whichever of these is switched on appears at checkout.
Can I return something?
Unused goods in their packaging, within thirty days, for a full refund. Tools that failed on site are handled as warranty claims, and we start those for you.
Do you offer terms?
Thirty days for approved trade accounts. Ask at the counter or through the contact page.
