Websites for firms,
clear before clever.

Clients choosing a lawyer, an accountant or a consultant are buying judgment they can't see yet, and the website is often their first real evidence of it. We build firm websites that explain what you do in plain language, show who they'd work with, and make the first conversation easy to arrange.

01  Your customersWhy they visit

What your customers came to do.

  1. 01

    Check you handle their problem

A divorce, an estate, a tax notice, the sale of a business. Specific practice-area pages beat a list of services.

  2. 02

    See who they'd work with

The partner or adviser by name, with qualifications, experience and a real photo.

  3. 03

    Understand how fees work

Fixed fee, hourly or retainer, and what a first consultation costs, even if the full price depends on the matter.

  4. 04

    Arrange a first conversation

A call or consultation booked online, with a clear note about confidentiality before they share details.

02  Must-haves5 things

What a professional services website needs to do.

01

Practice-area pages written for clients

One page per area of work, in plain language, answering what people ask before they call. Business includes help writing the copy.

02

Adviser profiles with credentials

Each lawyer or adviser gets a profile with admissions, memberships and focus areas, which also helps when people search for someone by name.

03

A careful first contact

A consultation request form or online booking for first calls, with a short note that sending it doesn't make them a client, going only to the addresses you choose.

04

Articles that answer real questions

A blog for the questions clients keep asking. Written well, these pages bring in searches your practice-area pages can't cover on their own.

05

Written with advertising rules in mind

Legal and financial advertising has its own rules in many places, such as limits on testimonials and claims of specialization. We write with those in mind and leave the final check to you or your compliance lead.

Work you can look at.

Demos you can click through right now. The demos run on sample data, so try anything.

What we'd suggest.

Business is a custom design around your brand, with help writing the copy and an admin you edit yourself. Online booking handles first consultations, and the blog is where you answer the questions clients search for.

A sole practitioner with one practice area? Starter ($950) is enough to start. A firm with many practice areas and offices usually suits Growth ($4,800), with a landing page for each.

05  Questions

What firms ask us.

Short answers to what comes up before a project starts.

Ask something else →
01Can we show client reviews on a law firm website?

It depends on where you practice. Some bar rules restrict testimonials or require a disclaimer next to them. We'll build the site either way and follow whatever your rules require; your firm makes the final call.

02How do you handle confidential inquiries?

The inquiry form asks for the minimum needed to arrange a call, says plainly that sending it doesn't create a client relationship, and delivers only to the addresses you choose. It runs on your own site rather than a third-party form service.

03We already have a logo and brand guidelines. Will you follow them?

Yes. Business is a custom design built around your existing brand. If you don't have a logo yet, logo design ($450) can be added to the quote.
